FREE PRE APPROVAL

Whether you are buying your first home, your 11th home or refinancing your current home, getting Pre-Approved is the first step. I am licensed in most western states and my team is licensed in 49 states (guess which one we don't do).

 

Once you fill out our secure application and upload the necessary documents, I will obtain a "soft-pull" credit report at my expense and review everything. At that point we will have a meeting on Zoom or in person to discuss what we can do for you and you then decide to move forward or not.
